




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide empathetic student support and follow-up, managing complaints and suggestions to foster loyalty and reduce academic dropout. Key Responsibilities: 1. Motivational mentoring and conflict resolution for students. 2. Personalized and empathetic attention to student needs. 3. Reduce academic dropout through continuous follow-up. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Humanities or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * 2 years of experience. * Motivational mentoring. * Conflict resolution. * CRM system proficiency. * Experience with virtual learning platforms. * LMS (CANVAS, Moodle, Blackboard or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel). * Student tracking systems: Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and digital support channels. * Basic school administrative processes. Responsibilities: * Provide personal and empathetic attention to all student suggestions, observations, needs, and complaints, establishing a single communication channel that ensures clarity and fosters loyalty. * Verify compliance with academic, administrative, and regulatory requirements for each student. * Provide personalized attention to students and follow up on their complaints, comments, and suggestions, cultivating empathy. * Reduce academic dropout. SCHEDULE: REMOTE WORK (availability from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), plus 2 Saturdays per month in the office and once per week in the office from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * **MONTHLY HONORARIUM PAYMENT**
