Main Responsibilities: • Serve and advise customers at the counter, by phone, and via WhatsApp. • Prepare quotations and close sales of our materials (glass, aluminum, polycarbonate, and hardware). • Promote offers and maintain an organized and attractive counter area. • Enter orders and returns into the ERP system. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up on billing and delivery processes. Requirements: • Education: Completed high school (minimum). • Experience: 2+ years in customer service. • Basic computer and ERP system skills. • Knowledge of hardware, aluminum, and glass is a plus.
