




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Credit and Collections and Accounts Payable departments by performing various administrative and follow-up tasks. Opportunity for learning and professional development. **Position: Administrative Assistant** **Salary:** $11,000 gross monthly **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities * Support in Credit and Collections: * Uploading invoices to portals * Applying payments * Customer follow-up and calls * Cancellations * Applying credit memos * Related administrative tasks * Support in Accounts Payable: * Preparing layouts * Filling out and managing reports * Administrative follow-up * Import follow-up and control. Requirements * Knowledge or experience in Credit and Collections and/or Accounts Payable. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Incomplete or completed degree in Business Administration or related field. * Basic English. * Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
