We are looking for a Mass Recruitment Analyst to lead high-volume selection processes nationwide within a continuously growing organization. A C T I V I T I E S • Execute recruitment and selection processes for high-volume operational and administrative vacancies. • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. • Conduct telephone interviews for accurate candidate profiling and vacancy closure. • Review basic documentation. • Provide timely follow-up with candidates throughout contract signing, training, and onboarding at the sales point.
