Job Summary: A professional who ensures the continuity of networks, telephony, and systems, managing technological budgets and assets, with a focus on infrastructure and support. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your mission? Ensure the continuity of our networks, telephony, and systems, as well as manage the budget and technological assets of assigned centers. Your main challenges will be: Infrastructure and Networks (35%): Configure and monitor switches, routers, firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet), CCTV, and IP telephony. Perform structured cabling according to professional standards. Administrative Management (25%): Control the department’s budget, manage travel allowances, purchase orders, and track contracts with internet and telephony service providers. Technical Support (20%): Provide on-site and remote assistance to end users (hardware, software, and peripherals). Asset Management (20%): Maintain up-to-date hardware and license inventories, and document processes and user manuals.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 55 years old Knowledge: Firewall, Hardware, Microsoft Excel, Network infrastructure, Sophos security Driver’s license: Class A Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: analyst
