Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Designer with hands-on on-site experience to transform requirements into functional, manufacturing-ready solutions, developing industrial devices with technical judgment and autonomy. Reverse engineering and sample-based development on-site We seek a Mechanical Designer with proven on-site experience capable of transforming requirements into functional, manufacturing-ready solutions. This role is critical in the development of industrial devices and requires technical judgment, autonomy, and a practical orientation. **Key Responsibilities** * Design of industrial devices (fixtures, assembly, and control) * Reverse engineering and sample-based development on-site * Creation of GD\&T-compliant 2D drawings ready for manufacturing * Sizing and basic calculation of mechanical components (including gears) * Manufacturing follow-up and shop-floor validation **Technical Knowledge:** * CATIA V5 (3D modeling and 2D drafting) * Applied industrial mechanical design * Reverse engineering and on-site measurements * GD\&T and part dimensioning * Manufacturing processes (machining and assembly). **Requirements** * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field * 3\+ years of industrial mechanical design experience * Experience in designing devices and fixtures * Proficiency in CATIA V5 is mandatory * Experience in creating 2D drawings for manufacturing * Experience in reverse engineering or sample-based design. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Design with the understanding that the part must function on the shop floor—not just in CAD * Solve problems independently without constant supervision * Possess sound technical judgment and a practical approach * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to production changes.
