RESPONSIBILITIES: * Creation / update of WI. * Creation / update of visual aids. * Creation / modification of PFMEA. * Timing for first pieces. * R&R. * Definition of flow diagrams. * Creation / update of Layout. * Management of new fixtures / tooling. * Procurement of production equipment (tables, lockers, chairs, etc.) * Definition of work methods. * Update / modification of WI. * Creation of WI. * WI release. * WI dissemination. * OEE calculation. * Layout update. * Capacity calculations (RACKS). * Capacity calculations (production lines). * Capacity calculation (WIP). * Creation of FMEA. * Update of FMEA. * Modification of FMEA. * General line timing. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: * Time and motion studies. * Lean manufacturing tools. * Line balancing. * Core Tools. * PFMEA/FMEA. * Intermediate conversational English.
