Job Objective **ONLY PEOPLE LIVING IN ATIZAPAN, TLALNEPANTLA OR CUATITLAN.** Support the development, modeling, tracking, and documentation of projects within the Projects Department, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries aligned with internal and external client needs. Main Responsibilities * BIM modeling of special installations (CCTV, F.A., DCI, TELECOM, VYD, DH, BMS) and architecture, on-site or in-office. * Preparation of 2D CAD drawings according to project requirements. * Generation of forms, photographic reports, delivery folders, and other process control documents. * Tracking progress of ongoing installations. * Support in quotation management: contractor research, comparative analyses, and follow-up on economic proposals. * Coordination of on-site surveys with contractors or technicians. * On-site supervision of special installations in accordance with client or coordination guidelines. * Organization and participation in tracking meetings (remote or in-person). * Effective communication with internal and external clients, maintaining a respectful and service-oriented attitude. Job Requirements Academic: Technical or professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Technical Knowledge: * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of special systems and architectural criteria. * Basic knowledge of installation coordination is desirable.
