




Job Summary: This position aims to ensure optimal operation of technological equipment and systems by providing support and efficiently resolving incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the implementation of new systems. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of the organization’s equipment, systems, and technological services by providing timely user assistance and efficiently resolving technical incidents. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide basic and first-level technical support to users (hardware and software). * Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, networks, printers, and systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Install and configure software, operating systems, and devices. * Track support reports or tickets. * Assist with basic network and system administration. * Assist with basic cybersecurity measures (antivirus, backups, updates). * Collaborate in the implementation of new equipment or systems. * Maintain an updated inventory of equipment and software. **Position Profile** **Education** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems. **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position within Information Technology. **Knowledge:** * Operating System proficiency. * Computer fault diagnosis. * Assembly and replacement of components (RAM, hard drive, etc.). * Internet and Wi\-Fi configuration. * Basic use of routers and switches. **Skills:** * Clear communication. * Patience and empathy. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Organization and follow-up.
