If you are passionate about technical support, problem solving, and teamwork, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide remote technical support to branches and administrative departments. * Diagnose and resolve point-of-sale (POS) system failures. * Execute database-level corrections. * Advise users on the use of EFTPOS terminals and biometric devices. * Connect using tools such as **TeamViewer, Zoho Assist**, among others. * Document incidents and track solutions. * Coordinate with other technical departments when necessary. * Apply system updates and improvements. * Identify root causes of recurring failures. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s candidate in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**. * Experience in remote technical support and user assistance. * Experience using and managing POS systems. * Proficiency with remote access tools (**Zoho Assist**). * Technical fault diagnosis. * Equipment maintenance. * **Desirable:** Basic accounting knowledge. * Full-time availability (flexible shifts and rotating on-call duties). ### **We Offer** * Fixed salary paid biweekly. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability. * Training
