As a Senior Operations Supervisor, you will help lead the daily execution of our Business Operations team, with a focus on inventory and workflow management. You will be responsible for coordinating on\-site team members, delegating daily priorities, monitoring execution, escalating issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This role is well suited for tech\-savvy, detail\-oriented leaders with strong English communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the confidence to guide team members in a fast\-paced, high\-energy environment. **Responsibilities:** * Leadership \& Delegation: Ability to manage daily priorities, assign work, follow up with team members, handle escalations and ensure tasks are completed on time. * Operational Execution: Execute and oversee end\-to\-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution. * Process Alignment \& Improvement: Ensure operational processes are aligned across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive continuous workflow and performance improvements. * Team Coordination: Oversee on\-site team workflows by prioritizing, delegating, providing operational guidance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. * Operational Initiatives: Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability. Requirements * Experience Requirement: 3\+ year of experience in operations, e\-commerce, or another fast\-paced environment preferred. * Execution Focus: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. * Problem\-Solving Mindset: Comfortable identifying issues, making decisions, and resolving operational problems in real time. * Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new operational systems and software. * Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. * Communication: Fluent in English Required (bilingual candidates preferred)
