Job Objective: Our CCTV Monitor will focus on active surveillance, analysis, and rapid response to incidents, including security (CCTV) monitoring and reviewing body-cam recordings from security personnel. **Responsibilities:** **Active Monitoring:** Constant observation of security cameras (CCTV and BODY CAM) to detect anomalies, suspicious activities, or route deviations. **Reporting and Logging:** Detailed documentation of incidents, real-time report generation, and timely notification of incidents to clients or authorities. **Communication:** Maintain contact via radio, telephone, or messaging with field operators or security personnel. **Requirements:** Education: Technical degree in IT, security, or related field Experience in similar monitoring roles Residence within a 40-minute commute of the location. Shift availability (12x12 shifts).
