We are currently recruiting highly motivated and committed professionals to help create new and improved tools that meet our customers’ real-world needs. **Key Competencies** * Customer service orientation and user support capability (helpdesk). * Technical problem resolution for hardware, software, and networks. * Organization and management of technological assets. * Knowledge of cybersecurity and access policies. **PLUS (Preferred Qualifications):** * Intermediate/advanced spoken and written English proficiency. * IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL). **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to technical support requests from various departments. * Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Administer user accounts and access profiles according to security policies. * Monitor and maintain network systems and servers. * Implement and verify periodic backup procedures. * Support implementation of new applications, systems, software, and technological tools. * Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT assets and software licenses. * Prepare technical documentation and manuals. **Requirements:** * Gender: Not specified * Age: Not specified * Education: Completed degree or equivalent qualification. * Minimum Experience: 2 years (verifiable).
