**Sábalo de Xalapa – Teziutlán Branch** At Sábalo de Xalapa, we are seeking an IT Coordinator with an operational focus, leadership capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset to ensure the proper functioning of the agency’s technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the branch’s IT department. * Provide technical support to users and operational departments. * Administer networks, computers, printers, and internal systems. * Track technological incidents and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Manage technology vendors and service providers. * Supervise data backups, access controls, and information security. * Implement technological improvements to optimize operations. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of networking, technical support, equipment maintenance, and system administration. * Experience managing servers, CCTV, and telephony (preferred). * Leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to respond to operational incidents.
