With nationwide coverage across Mexico, we serve market needs through processing, transformation, distribution, and installation of flat glass and all its aluminum and hardware accessories. MISSION AND OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Audit and enhance the reliability of inventory records across all Grupo COVICO warehouses by planning, executing, reconciling, and analyzing results to ensure asset control, minimize loss risks, and support operational and financial decision-making. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and coordinate physical inventory execution, ensuring adherence to policies and methodologies to obtain reliable and comparable results. * Supervise inventory result reconciliation, analyzing discrepancies between physical counts and system records to generate clear information supporting decision-making. * Identify risk-alert areas (shortages, shrinkage, recurring discrepancies) to schedule ad-hoc inventories. * Document work processes, develop execution manuals, propose guidelines and policies for the department; train assistants, peer coordinators, and warehouse managers on cyclic and full inventory execution, promoting best practices and preventive actions derived from inventory results, and supporting responsible departments in implementation to minimize recurrence. POSITION PROFILE * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Master’s degree in Logistics or Finance (preferred). * Experience: 5 years in inventory or warehouse control. * Experience in retail or construction. * Language: Intermediate English (mandatory).
