




Job Summary: We are seeking a Head Bartender to oversee bar operations, staff management, inventory, and customer service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages schedules, staff, and bar coverage. 2. Controls inventory and supervises bar cleanliness. 3. Resolves customer complaints and ensures beverage quality. Bar\-tender Head Bartender: exclusively(FEM%\&N\&I%\&A) SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. DAYS OFF: Sunday. * Prepare weekly schedules for bartenders, bartender assistants, and waitstaff to adequately cover all shifts. * Provide coverage in case of employee absences and adjust staffing as needed to meet business demands. * Monitor beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent excessive spillage or staff misuse. Submit purchase requests as needed. * Supervise staff and physical bar area cleanliness, paying special attention to potential health hazards and code violations. * Review sales and beverage costs, and resolve any accounting discrepancies. Ensure proper treasury management. * Resolve customer complaints promptly and in accordance with company guidelines. * Supervise drink preparation and ensure the quality of served products.
