Controller Leader **Company:** Calzado **Position Type:** Full-time **About the Position** We are looking for a **Controller Leader** to ensure financial control, business profitability, and tax compliance of the company. This position is critical to strategic decision-making and proper resource management. **What You Will Do:** * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis * Supervise internal controls (cash counts, reconciliations, physical inventory counts) * Manage cash flow, income, and expenses * Ensure accurate invoicing and tax compliance (CFDI, SAT) * Perform bank reconciliations and treasury control * Coordinate payments to suppliers, payroll, and taxes * Support stores in collection processes (POS) * Generate financial reports for General Management **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience in controller functions, finance, or auditing * Knowledge of internal controls and tax compliance * Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Aspel) * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile * Leadership and decision-making skills **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Professional growth opportunities * Participation in strategic decision-making * Job stability * Apply now If you’re interested in leading the finance area of a growing company, we’d love to meet you!
