**Telematics Analyst – Tierra Blanca** **Location:** Tierra Blanca **Department:** After-sales **Job Purpose** Provide specialized technical support for **precision agriculture** technologies (telematics and auto-guidance) applied to CASE and New Holland agricultural machinery, supporting customers, technicians, sales representatives, and branches through fleet monitoring, data analysis, and productivity reporting. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical advisory services on telematics and precision agriculture systems to customers, technicians, mechanics, and sales representatives. * Support the installation of new precision agriculture equipment. * Train customers on the use of telematics platforms, applications, and tools. * Monitor equipment fleets using the **AFS Connect** and **Telematrix** platforms. * Generate productivity reports, equipment usage reports, hours worked, and services performed. * Manage general telematics accounts. * Provide logistical information to branches for the sale of preventive services (sugarcane division). * Share reports on hours, productivity, and most recent services with traditional branches and the Leasing department. Requirements * **Education:** Degree in Agricultural Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Age:** 25 to 50 years old. * **Driver’s License:** Class A (mandatory). Technical Knowledge * Precision agriculture and telematics (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of agricultural machinery. * GIS software usage (minimum 2 years). * Basic programming (minimum 1 year). * Basic automotive electricity. * Database management and analysis. * Technical report generation. * Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
