A leading national logistics solutions company invites you to join its team as: **3PL Operations Manager** Requirements: * + University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, distribution, or retail sector. + Experience in 3PL operations (multi-client management). + Experience managing personnel and leading operational teams. + Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software. + Knowledge of logistics processes, distribution, and inventory control. + Familiarity with industrial safety and risk management. + Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. + Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise product inflow and outflow at the distribution center (CEDIS). * Ensure proper inventory control through management systems. * Coordinate dispatch and delivery scheduling to retail outlets or customers. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes to optimize time and resources. * Supervise compliance with quality standards for product receipt, storage, and distribution. * Maintain smooth communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. * Resolve any incidents or complaints related to distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management. * Experience in client prospecting and/or service sales. * **We Offer:** * + IMSS coverage from day one + Competitive monthly salary + Bi-weekly payments + Statutory benefits * Location: Blvd. Gasoducto No. 3 and 3B, Parque Industrial Puebla 2000, C.P. 72225, Puebla, Puebla.
