




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales point supervisor with leadership and management expertise to boost credit sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and supervision of sales advisor teams. 2. Implementation of commercial strategies and opening of new sales points. 3. Conflict resolution and achievement of sales targets. A reputable company specializing in credit sales is looking for a sales point supervisor to join our team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) * Experience managing personnel. * Leadership skills. * Knowledge of logistics. Responsibilities: * Sending promotions, price lists, and commercial policies to sales points. * Supervising and monitoring the group of advisors under your responsibility. * Implementing commercial strategies. * Preparing sales reports. * Tracking daily deposits. * Managing and delivering POP materials and/or corporate branding materials to stores. * Calculating targets. * Conflict resolution. * Monitoring target achievement. * Opening new sales points (PdV). * Maintaining and increasing established sales volume. * Product rotation. * Preparing sales forecasts. * Meeting quotas. * Experience in face-to-face sales and strong closing ability. * Route planning. Compensation: * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly bonus for meeting targets. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term. Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month.
