Optimization of time, cost, control, and service **Job Description** We are looking for a **Shipment Supervisor** with experience in logistics operations, dispatch administration, and personnel management, who can ensure that the shipment area remains **organized, efficient, and highly controlled**. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating delivery units, supervising area personnel, performing administrative follow-up on deliveries, and ensuring shipments depart on time and as scheduled, complying with the company’s operational standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily operations in the shipment area. * Schedule delivery unit routes and departures according to delivery priorities. * Verify that shipped orders match customer requirements (quantity, documentation, destination, and delivery conditions). * Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries, monitoring incidents and delays. * Supervise the basic physical and mechanical condition of vehicles (cleanliness, order, documentation, preventive maintenance, and fault reports). * Maintain administrative control of the area: * Departure/arrival logs * Delivery evidence * Incident reports * Documentation tracking and pending items * Coordinate and supervise drivers and shipping assistants. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain operational discipline in the area. * Maintain effective communication with warehouse, sales, production, and administration to ensure proper delivery flow. * Propose improvements to optimize time, cost, control, and service. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and safety standards.
