Operational leadership and rapid decision-making. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation of the Supercito Chedraui during the assigned shift, coordinating staff, guaranteeing agile and high-quality customer service, as well as compliance with the operational, administrative, and security procedures established by the company. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise shift personnel. * Perform store opening and/or closing in accordance with Supercito Chedraui guidelines. * Guarantee proper customer service and resolve incidents during the shift. * Supervise merchandise placement, restocking, and front-facing on the sales floor. * Verify current prices, promotions, and signage. * Supervise cash handling, cash counts, and cash register closings. * Assist with merchandise receiving and inventory control. * Identify and report shrinkage, expirations, and shortages. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Prevent losses and report risk situations or anomalies. * Communicate operational and administrative incidents to the manager or assistant manager. * Train and guide newly hired staff during the shift. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in convenience stores, supermarkets, or retail. * **Knowledge:** * Basic store operations * Customer service * Cash and register handling * Basic inventory control **Skills and Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and follow-up * Rapid decision-making * Effective communication * Results-oriented * Service attitude **Working Conditions** * Rotating shifts. * Work on weekends and holidays. * Constant activity on the sales floor.
