Our main product is easily accessible individual loans. The Branch Manager’s primary responsibilities include: Developing high-performance teams Supervising the team in charge (7 credit executives) Conducting disbursements at the client’s residence Managing KPIs Supporting collections We offer: As an associate manager, you earn 4% of the total recovery from the active loan portfolio; on average, a McM manager earns between $10,000 and $15,000 per week, with a portfolio of $2 million.
