Prior supervisory experience over kitchen staff. Preferably currently employed or having recently concluded an employment relationship. **Job Description:** Operation of fryers, stoves, griddles, and woks Inventory and supply control Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Assistance in store opening and/or closing Coordination of kitchen staff Maintaining continuous replenishment of the buffet bar **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with midweek day off. 30-minute lunch break. **We Offer:** Starting monthly gross salary of $12,000; upon completion of training, salary increases to $14,000–$15,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. Daily meals (free of charge) **Important Notes:** These are fast-food establishments, so customers typically do not leave tips. Payroll cutoff dates: 15th and 30th of each month; payment dates: 5th and 20th, with no float days. Candidates must be immediately available to start working.
