You must possess solid understanding of cooking techniques and methods for preparing fresh food. A 60-day training period will be assigned at one of the following branches: ✅Plaza Universidad ✅Parque Delta ✅Reforma 222 ✅Perisur ✅Parque Tepeyac ✅CETRAM 4 Caminos ✅Fashion Mall Tlalnepantla ✅Galerías Coapa ✅Plaza Carso Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of the 45 branches with available openings in the Metropolitan Zone. **Education:** TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, Food & Beverages, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). **Experience:** Over 3 years of recent experience in value-added cuisine (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, or similar). Prior supervisory experience over kitchen staff. Preferably currently employed or having recently concluded employment. **Job Description:** Operation of fryers, stoves, griddles, and woks Inventory and supply control Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Assistance in branch opening and/or closing Coordination of kitchen staff Maintaining constant replenishment of buffet bars **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with midweek day off. 30-minute meal break. **We Offer:** Starting monthly gross salary of $12,000; upon completion of training, salary increases to $14,000–$15,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. Daily meals (free of charge) **Important Notes:** These are fast-food locations, so customers typically do not leave tips. Payroll cut-off dates: 15th and 30th of each month; payment dates: 5th and 20th, with no float days. Immediate availability to start work is required. Minimum one-year employment stability per job is required; otherwise, applicants will be offered General Assistant positions with a path toward Cook advancement.
