Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and ensure compliance with safety policies, conduct inspections, train personnel, and investigate workplace incidents in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and implement safety policies and procedures 2. Conduct inspections and mitigate risks in facilities 3. Train staff on safe practices and first aid Company with over 20 years of experience dedicated to **Engineering, Maintenance, Machining, Assembly, and Industrial Services.** Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * TSU or Industrial, Environmental, or related Engineering degree Responsibilities: * Supervise the implementation and compliance of safety policies and procedures within the company. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are taken. * Advise and train staff on safe work practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and first aid techniques. * Investigate and analyze workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions. * Stay updated on occupational health and safety laws and regulations, ensuring the company complies with all applicable standards. * Collaborate with other departments to promote a safety culture and encourage active employee participation in continuous workplace safety improvement. * Prepare periodic reports on the company’s safety performance and present recommendations for implementing improvements. Knowledge and Skills: * In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations * Certifications or training in first aid, high-angle rescue, and confined space rescue * Strong leadership skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions in emergency situations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, clients, and regulatory authorities * Ability to perform risk assessments and incident analysis * Knowledge of best practices and technologies related to workplace safety * High ethical and integrity standards * Knowledge of PPE Schedule: * 48-hour workweek We Offer: * Weekly payment * Food vouchers * $15,000\.00 gross monthly Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have a personal vehicle (motorcycle or automobile)?
