Job Summary: Ensure the operation, availability, and efficiency of equipment and machinery sold to customers through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of CNC machinery, milling machines, cutting machines, and cleaning equipment. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures. 3. Opportunity for continuous improvement of processes and equipment. Ensure proper operation, availability, and operational efficiency of equipment, facilities, and machinery sold to customers by planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. **Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, milling machines, cutting machines, welding machines, cleaners, and cleaning equipment. * Commissioning and maintenance of machinery. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures and propose technically viable solutions. * Interpret electrical schematics, operation manuals, and technical diagrams. * Coordinate with Italian suppliers to resolve technical issues via email or phone calls. * Participate in continuous improvement of processes and equipment. * **High travel availability, up to 3 weeks per month.** **Required Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician. * **Mechatronics, electromechanical, or related engineering degree required.** * **Mandatory knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for CNC machines, milling machines, cutting machines, and others.** * **Intermediate conversational English required.** * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic maintenance. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals (GD&T diagrams). * Proficiency with measurement and diagnostic tools (multimeters, pressure gauges, etc.). * **Valid driver’s license required.** * ERP and Excel proficiency. * Honest, responsible, proactive, sincere, team-oriented, problem-solving. **Compensation Package** * Monthly gross salary of $22,000. * 100% statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing (PTU). * Paid travel allowances. Salary: $21,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month. Benefits: * Medical expense insurance. * Life insurance.
