Your main responsibilities will be: * **Support in design** and review of electrical drawings and diagrams using tools such as AutoCAD * **Collaborate in the analysis** of electrical systems and preparation of basic calculation reports * **Participate in the preparation** of technical specifications, reports, and project documentation * **Ensure compliance** with electrical safety regulations and guidelines in assigned activities * **Monitor field activities and tests** under the supervision of area specialists * **Participate in training programs**, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate your professional development ### **Requirements** For this **Electrical Engineering Development Professional** position, we seek high-potential talent oriented toward learning and genuinely interested in developing expertise in electrical projects. * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience) * **Basic knowledge** of electrical systems, regulations, and safety * **Proficiency in tools** such as AutoCAD, Excel, and/or technical software (preferred) * **English**: Basic/intermediate level (preferred) * **Proactive, analytical attitude**, with strong eagerness to learn * **Ability** to work in teams and adapt to an innovative environment
