**Professional Service Advisor APIZACO - TLAXCALA** Job Offer: - Modality: Onsite - Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00am to 7:30pm (2hrs lunch break), Saturdays: 09:00am to 2:00pm - Day off: Sundays - Contract type: Trial period (3 months), thereafter converted to indefinite term - Monthly salary: $8,364.00 gross (Gross salary means deductions such as ISR and IMSS are included) - In case of having INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans, deductions will also be considered - Commissions - Biweekly payments JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receive customer vehicles according to the brand's established process. - Immediately after serving the customer, register each service order on the service platform, filling in fields such as Order Number, License Plates, Model, Service to be performed, Date of Entry, and Order Type. - Deliver service orders immediately to the Workshop Supervisor for job execution, providing details of operations to be performed, promised delivery date and time. - Approve pending estimates within a maximum of 1 hour after the estimate has been provided. - Monitor vehicle status on the service platform to provide customers with updates regarding established commitments (diagnosis delivery, estimates, delivery dates, etc.). - Verify that documentation is complete (pre-invoice, safety checklist, etc.) prior to vehicle delivery. - Ensure the vehicle is washed and that replaced parts are available for customer inspection; if the service was paid by the customer, these parts must be handed over. - Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. - Responsible for preparing reports for After-Sales or Service Managers upon request.
