Develop communication and organizational skills **Summary** To create a warm, professional, and helpful first impression for clients by supporting and assisting the reception team in daily operations. **Duties and Responsibilities** *Client Experience \& Front Desk Support* ● Greet clients warmly ● Notify appropriate staff members when clients call *Phone \& Communication Duties* ● Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person. ● Take accurate messages and respond to basic client questions. ● Check and return voicemails as directed. *Team Support \& Collaboration* ● Join briefings led by the Lead Client Advocate ● Help train new reception team members by shadowing or demonstrating tasks. **Supervisory Responsibilities** None **Metrics for Success** ● Professional call handling and accurate message\-taking. ● Active participation in team meetings and support of new team members. ● Reliable front\-desk coverage and clear communication with the Lead Client Advocate. **Qualifications** ● Bilingual – Spanish/English highly preferred. ● Customer service, reception, or front desk experience. ● Experience in professional services, medical, or legal office environment preferred. ● Previous experience in client\-facing roles with high\-volume interactions. ● Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. ● Experience with multi\-line phone systems and call transferring. ● Strong attention to detail for accurate message documentation. ● Ability to learn case management systems and client databases. ● Basic organizational skills for maintaining supplies and materials. **Physical Requirements** ● Ability to remain seated or standing at the front desk for extended periods of time. ● Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, and via email. Job Type: Contract Contract length: 3 months Pay: $20,684\.09 per month Work Location: Remote
