Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the registration, control, and basic analysis of accounting operations, with interest in the food industry. Collaboration in month-end closings and preparation of financial reports. **TOKE INNOVA** is looking for a **Accounting Assistant**, proactive and detail-oriented, with interest in accounting records. This role will serve as support within the accounting department for registration, control, and basic analysis of accounting operations. **Main Responsibilities:** Accounting Registration and Control * Record accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries) into the system. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. Billing Management and Tax Compliance * Validate invoices according to tax requirements (CFDI). * Track issuance, receipt, and control of invoices. * Verify proper integration of tax receipts. Accounts Receivable and Payable Control * Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection. * Monitor accounts payable, ensuring control over due dates. Support in Closings and Reporting * Assist with monthly accounting closings. * Assist in preparing basic financial reports. Document Control * Manage and safeguard accounting documentation in both physical and digital formats. * Maintain updated and organized accounting files. **Requirements:** * Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Recent graduate or preferably up to 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Interest in the food industry. * Knowledge of current regulations and legislation.
