




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with customer service experience to support resident management and service delivery in a residential development. Support in administrative tasks and events We are expanding the administrative team of the residential development. If you have experience in customer service and administration, we are looking for you. **Job Responsibilities** * **Resident Support:** Provide friendly and timely assistance to residents, delivering information, guidance, and routing requests according to the residential development's guidelines. * **Maintenance Fee Collection:** Receive and record maintenance fee payments, issue corresponding receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances. * **Service Report Follow-up:** Receive, register, and promptly follow up on service, maintenance, security, or other reports, ensuring proper resolution and closure. * **Internal Event Support:** Assist in the organization, logistics, and execution of events held within the residential development. * **Administrative Support:** Assist with administrative tasks such as report preparation, file management, document handling, and other duties assigned by the Board of Directors. Important: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $9,500.00 net Probationary contract for two months \- after which working hours and rest days improve Compensation: $9,500.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
