Main responsibilities Ensure the efficient operation of the dining facility, guaranteeing quality food, excellent service, and complete customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for motivating, coordinating, and guiding the team so that every meal becomes a great experience. Supervise and direct operational staff during shifts, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Verify that food preparation and service are carried out according to established menus and on schedule. Ensure customer attention and satisfaction in the dining room, cafeteria, special events, box lunch, and additional services. Participate in internal or external inspections and audits, guaranteeing food safety. Control inventories, requisitions, and supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the area. Prepare operational reports and follow up on action plans in case of deviations. Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Replace the immediate supervisor in case of absence and participate in training and continuous improvement programs. Provide nutritional consultations in the dining room for employees. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial dining rooms, restaurants, or collective food service operations. Knowledge: Hygienic food handling, inventory control, team leadership, quality and food safety standards (GMP).
