Participation in infrastructure projects **Position Mission:** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and continuity of Service Stations’ technological infrastructure—including networks, servers, computing equipment, and associated services—through timely incident resolution, implementation of improvements, technical support, and project follow-up, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and information systems security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backup systems, and communications. * Install, configure, and support hardware and software on workstations, servers, and network devices. * Provide end-user technical support, escalating complex cases per defined procedures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure, documenting all activities carried out. * Participate in infrastructure projects such as virtualization, system migrations, system upgrades, and network deployments. * Document visits, configurations, changes, and technical procedures per IT policies. * Collaborate with the corporate IT team to ensure effective integration of technological solutions. * Conduct hardware and licensing inventories, maintaining up-to-date records of technological assets. * Responsibilities related to Internet services (connectivity, links, providers, accounts, contract signature tracking, installations) * Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical evidence and justification as required. * On-call Support Shifts Worksite Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
