




We are seeking a creative, proactive, and social media–passionate Community Manager to join our team. Initially, you will be responsible for managing the online presence of 5 client accounts across various platforms, building and maintaining active communities, creating engaging content, and contributing to the achievement of our clients’ marketing objectives. As the company grows, additional accounts will be assigned to you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop clients’ social media profiles, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (initially 5 accounts). * Create, plan, and schedule original and engaging content (text, images, basic videos) tailored to each platform and audience. * Develop and maintain editorial calendars for each account. * Actively engage with the online community: respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and mentions. * Monitor online conversations and identify opportunities for engagement and improvement. * Participate in defining and implementing each client’s social media strategy. * Analyze key social media performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations. * Collaborate closely with design, advertising, and strategy teams to ensure campaign cohesion. * Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices. **Requirements and Skills:** * Academic background preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Community Manager, managing social media profiles and paid campaigns. * Knowledge and hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Ability to create creative, audience- and platform-specific content. * Experience using design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar) and social media reporting/analysis tools. * Excellent written communication skills, with flawless Spanish spelling and writing. * English proficiency: Intermediate (able to understand and produce basic content if required). * Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple accounts and tasks. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary of MXN $10,000. * Statutory benefits starting from the third month. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within an innovative agency. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * The chance to work across diverse accounts and gain exposure to multiple industries. **How to Apply:** If you match this profile and are excited about joining IA Marketing, we’d love to meet you!
