




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical specialist or graduate in systems engineering for technical support, equipment and software maintenance, and network administration, contributing to the continuous improvement of the department. Knowledge and experience: * Technical support * Windows 10/11 and Server operating systems (basic level) * Microsoft 365 suite (administration and end-user support) * Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN configuration Computer hardware, diagnostics, warranty claim processing **Main Responsibilities** Handle, diagnose, and resolve support tickets. Install, configure, update, and maintain computer equipment, IP phones, operating systems, and office software. Local network connectivity. Conduct equipment inventories and asset control, as well as contribute to documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement of the systems department.
