**Requirements:** * Degree in food engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, industrial engineering or related field * Availability to work first and second shifts **Responsibilities:** * Inspect, interpret, and evaluate raw materials upon receipt against specifications to ensure their quality and safety. * Release materials in the SAP system that meet requirements for unrestricted use. * Audit transportation and storage conditions according to specifications to ensure quality upon receipt and during storage of materials. * Address and support the production area regarding operational issues attributable to packaging material quality. * Manage follow-up actions for non-conforming materials identified during receipt or production processes to prevent unintended use, ensuring product quality and continuity of production operations. **We offer:** * Gross salary of 12,000 MXN plus statutory and additional benefits. * Work location: Rafael Lara Grajales.
