Position Objective Support the accounting, tax, and administrative management of the corporate entity and its projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and generation of reliable financial information for decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Record and validate accounting transactions for the corporate entity and related entities. * Prepare bank reconciliations, accounting journal entries, and monthly reports. * Participate in the preparation of financial statements under Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Support the calculation and filing of federal and local taxes. * Monitor and review accounts payable, expenses, and travel expense documentation. * Track invoicing and accounting records of income and expenditures. * Maintain the accounting system (Pyanel) and internal databases up to date. * Collaborate with Treasury and Internal Audit departments on monthly closings and audits. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate policies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license required). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general or corporate accounting. * Experience in the real estate, construction, or development sector (preferred). * Solid knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), taxation, reconciliations, and accounting records. * Proficiency in Pyanel (preferred) or other accounting ERP systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * On-site work at corporate offices in CDMX.
