Your responsibilities include: On-site customer reception, guidance, and accompaniment\- Sales management, upselling, and upgrades of products and services. Completing vehicle check-in (status of the vehicle). Updating cases via CRM. Assisting customers with mobility coupon activation. Communication and follow-up with the central warranty team for special cases. Updating and tracking car care cases via phone calls or chat with customers.
