Paid training A LEADING COMPANY IN PUEBLA IS SEEKING A **MOTORCYCLE-BASED COLLECTIONS OFFICER**! **Work Area: Base in Mayorazgo, Puebla, Pue.** * Requirements: - 1 year of experience in door-to-door collections or customer service, or as a motorcycle-based delivery rider - Extensive experience operating a motorcycle (mandatory), with a valid driver's license - Excellent negotiation skills - Customer service orientation * Job Purpose: To conduct in-person collections, retention, and recovery activities (at the customer’s home and/or workplace), strictly adhering to company policies and procedures; acting promptly to recover overdue payments, advising customers, promoting current debt-resolution schemes, and obtaining updated contact and location information for borrowers. * We Offer: \- Attractive base salary of $10,000 \+ performance-based variable of up to 8,000 \- Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off \- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2-hour lunch break) \- Growth opportunity \- Statutory benefits \- Life insurance \- Job stability \- Motorcycle, safety equipment, uniforms, and tools \- Paid training \- Promotions through our brand and affiliated institutions.
