Shift handover must be correct: \-Patient handover (in room) \-File handover. \-Pending tasks must be communicated. \-Ceye equipment must be handed over. \-Prescriptions must be handed over. \-Shift logs must be handed over. 3. Cleaning and disinfection of your areas. (Pasteur tables, scales) 4. Organization of your materials. 5. Prepare supply lists for ward and operating room per patient. 6. Fold clothes, prepare bundles, wrap materials, and sterilize if required. 7. Anticipate and deliver corresponding diets on time. 8. Complete prescription voucher form fully and attach. 9. Deliver correct paperwork. 10. Check order and cleanliness of rooms, including respective items (bedpan, kidney basin, bubbler, nasal tips). 11. Take vital signs of all patients. 12. Circulating nurse in the operating room. 13. Wash instruments after surgeries. 14. Patient care during hospitalization. 15. Perform assigned tasks such as preparing tongue depressors, gauze, dressings, etc., and sterilize.
