Your mission will be to document, analyze, and map operational processes, ensuring that manuals are always updated and compliant with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * **Information Gathering:** Conduct interviews with key users (stakeholders) to gain in-depth understanding of operations. * **Process Mapping:** Design clear and accurate flowcharts using specialized tools (preferably **IBM Blueworks**). * **Technical Documentation:** Create and update procedure manuals, policies, and work instructions. * **Version Control:** Manage the document lifecycle, ensuring the organization always works with the latest approved version. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks and propose optimizations for banking workflows. **Essential Requirements (Must\-Have)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Industrial, Computer Science, or related field (current student or graduate). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in process mapping and documentation. * **Industry:** **Mandatory experience in the Banking Sector.** * **Languages:** Intermediate English (basic reading and verbal communication ability). * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word). * **Soft Skills:** Ability to align perspectives across different departments and write clearly and structurally. **Desirable (Plus)** * Advanced knowledge of **IBM Blueworks**. * Familiarity with banking regulations and internal controls. **We Offer** * Salary of $18k to $21k per month. * Hybrid work model (CDMX). * Development opportunity with a leading consulting firm specializing in automation and process optimization.
