Engineering, Actuarial Science, Physics-Mathematics, or Computer Systems degrees Minimum 1 year of experience working with databases and ETL processes, with a focus on human capital processes. Advanced Excel knowledge (formulas) and Power BI Responsibilities: * Extraction, transformation, and cleaning of data, ensuring accuracy, standardization, and consistency of information across various reports related to human capital processes. * Data visualization through interactive dashboards to facilitate decision-making and thereby optimize human capital processes. * Design, creation, and maintenance of databases to ensure up-to-date information. * Statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and projections regarding the commercial performance of the sales department.
