Knowledge: Customer interaction and experience Analysis and generation of KPIs Analysis and generation of Operational KPIs Results-oriented mindset Time availability Dynamic attitude Key Responsibilities: **Primary Responsibility 1 \- Achieve Budget Targets** \-Control travel costs and operational expenses in alignment with revenue and budget \-\-\-\-Generate operational efficiencies jointly with Business Intelligence / in collaboration with Operations Managers and Operations Supervisors. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Ensure fuel efficiency and maintenance spending through timely preventive and corrective maintenance entries. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Ensure human resources (drivers) deliver excellent service by guaranteeing equitable salary distribution and mileage per unit and per operator. **Primary Responsibility 2 \- Manage and optimize the vehicle fleet used across each Grupo Estrella Roja service.** \-Guarantee vehicle attributes (partitions, dividers, USB ports, screens, Wi-Fi, etc.) through Drivers' Supervisors and Workshop Managers. \-Ensure compliance with the monthly maintenance schedule. \-Automate operations and ensure proper implementation and functioning of technologies (Tom Tom, Busup, Smart, etc.). \-Collaborate with the New Business Manager to close deals and maximize vehicle occupancy. **Primary Responsibility 3 \- Meet CPIs focused on delivering customer excellence** \- Implement customer service standards and conduct to meet market expectations for service and quality where the UN operates (Moments of Truth). \-Evaluate, identify, and jointly manage with the Customer Service and Attention Manager compliance and improvements in service attributes (A/C, restrooms, etc.). \-Work with Maintenance to reduce mechanical failures and with training programs to reduce the \# of incidents, thereby minimizing affected passengers. **Primary Responsibility 4** \- **Lead the team to foster professional development and growth of direct reports** \- \-Core functions to fulfill this responsibility \- What is done?, How is it done?, Why is it done? \-Create a stable work environment through events, celebrations, and feedback. \-Ensure drivers fulfill their job responsibilities \-Engage with the Union on specific matters not of general nature or those that can be handled by Human Capital. Actively participate in monthly driver meetings with Human Capital, Maintenance, and Operations. \-Field visits to maintain visibility and presence among staff. \-Actively contribute to the Drivers’ Career Development Plan and ensure scheduled meetings take place. \-Jointly develop with AP skills in team operational management, presentation, and control—aimed at gathering appropriate information to support decision-making by Operations Managers.
