




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle talent attraction, candidate screening and pre-selection, and support in hiring and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in hiring and onboarding processes Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field. * Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), personnel administration, labor relations, PRE\-payroll * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Job Responsibilities * Posting job vacancies across various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, field activities, etc.). * Talent attraction through digital and field strategies (flyer distribution, job fairs, posting). * Candidate screening and pre-selection (initial interviews). * Scheduling interviews with department leaders. * Candidate follow\-up throughout the entire selection process. * Onboarding and file management for new hires. * Support in hiring and onboarding processes. Compensation and Benefits: * Monthly salary of $15,000 net per month * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On\-site employment
