At **Vettoretti Impresores**, we are seeking **committed and responsible talent** to support operating, adjusting, and supervising press operations to ensure quality and efficiency in our printing processes. **Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust Heidelberg 4-color offset presses, Model 2012 (XL\-75\-4\+L\+P) / 2022 (CX\-75\-4\+L). * Plate mounting, ink preparation, and machine adjustment. * Ensure accurate registration and print quality, minimizing waste as much as possible. * Verify compliance with job specifications and color standards. * Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (5S). * Meet production targets. **Requirements** * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience as an offset press operator. * Ability to interpret work orders and color profiles. * Proficiency in operating Heidelberg machinery (mandatory; a pre-employment assessment will be conducted). * Knowledge of ink handling, paper, basic chemistry, measurement devices (X\-Rite), and color analysis. * Availability to rotate shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. * Minimum education: Secondary school / Technical degree in Graphic Arts. **We Offer** * **Base salary: $11,000–$13,000 MXN per month, GROSS.
