We are looking for an **Executive Producer!** Objective: Responsible for executing all actions defined for each client or assigned account, as well as managing with suppliers the development of each assigned project, ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently, meeting established objectives, within budget, and on agreed timelines. Coordinate different teams and stakeholders while maintaining smooth and effective communication. Profile: ● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer for large-scale, corporate, and BTL events. ● Knowledge of materials used in manufacturing processes. ● Technical knowledge of Audio, Video, Streaming, and Lighting equipment. ● Responsible for budgeting, producing, and coordinating assigned projects. ● Control of material inventory. ● Ability to work both independently and self-managed, as well as collaboratively in teams, adapting to changing priorities. ● Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously. ● Flexibility to travel and work extended hours according to project needs. Responsibilities: ● Coordinate with suppliers, setup crews, technicians, and other personnel involved in the event. ● Supervise the installation and dismantling of events, ensuring everything is executed according to established plans. ● Coordinate the execution of the timeline and workflow for each assigned project. ● Manage the event budget, controlling expenses and identifying cost-effective options without compromising quality, along with reconciliation with business partners (suppliers). ● Attendance at site visits (Scoutings). ● Generate detailed post-event reports outlining results and providing recommendations for future events. ● Timely expense verification with the administrative department.
