**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App testing Test Metrics and Reporting and a strong understanding of Core Commerce domain. This role requires proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks including SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira. The position is hybrid with no travel required. **Responsibilities** * Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high\-quality deliverables. * Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for Core Commerce applications. * Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders to track progress and quality. * Conduct manual end\-to\-end business process assurance to ensure seamless user experiences. * Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently. * Implement testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. * Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals. * Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices. * Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. **Qualifications** * + Possess strong experience in web application testing and test metrics. * Demonstrate proficiency in SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira. * Have a solid understanding of Core Commerce domain processes. * Exhibit skills in manual end\-to\-end business process assurance. * Show capability in basic programming for test automation purposes.
