PROFILE * Education: Industrial, Environmental, Civil Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum **5 years in industrial and environmental safety**, preferably in infrastructure or railway projects. KNOWLEDGE: * STPS regulations (applicable NOM-STPS) and SEMARNAT. * ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. * Hazard identification and risk assessment. * Preparation of reports, statistics, and internal audits. * Management of contractors and subcontractors. * Office software and SSPA management platforms. SKILLS * Leadership and effective communication. * Analytical and decision-making abilities. * Preventive focus and attention to detail.
