We are seeking an experienced engineer in digital communications and networks who can interpret 3GPP specifications and develop test plans to validate system performance. ### **Responsibilities:** * Design and execute test plans for 5G/LTE\-A/Wi\-Fi systems. * Develop scripts for automation and test analysis. * Identify and solve system performance issues. * Collaborate with vendors and clients to evaluate network performance. * Present technical results to internal and external personnel. ### **Experience and Requirements:** * Knowledge of 5G, LTE\-Advanced, and Wi\-Fi technologies. * Familiarity with RTP/TCP/UDP/IP protocols. * Experience with optimization tools such as QXDM, TEMS, Actix (Desirable). * Programming skills in C/C\+\+/Python/MATLAB (Desirable). * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Fluent in English. ### **Benefits:** * Benefits according to LFT. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Medical expense insurance. * Weekly grocery voucher.
